Hero Shot
This hero shot offers an overview of the building, highlighting its most prominent features: the curved rooftop and its open plan. It seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings as its vertically expansive structure imitates a sprouting tree, with the overhanging roofs resembling the shade that trees provide. This image also functions to depict the fragile and delicate structure of the datum, with the metal roofing merely suspended by thin poles placed on either sides. Simultaneously the lattice functions to condition clients for the space they are about to enter as they are immersed by the lattice's light patterns that are casted by natural light. The spiral staircase embedded within the lattice further emphasises this effect, captivating individuals with the repetitive pattern surrounding them. The lattice was also intentionally created to resemble a hanging chandelier, reinforcing the purpose and intentions of the building - which was built to promote Barnabeifreeman's lighting products.
Detail Shot
This detail shot showcases an intimate presentation of Autofabrica's space. The two ramps on opposing ends were created to accommodate the motorbikes, allowing the vehicles to be transported with ease. The placement of these two ramps imitate the movement of the spiral staircase by revolving around it, further reiterating the motif of circles throughout the datum. The intentional design of a spiral staircase placed within the core of the lattice moreover creates a continuous journey from the "above" building to the "below", perfectly uniting the vastly different client spaces.
